Mr. Dekmejian has been actively involved in financings and corporate advisory engagements for over 25 years. Mr. Dekmejian’s expertise encompasses a wide range of financing activities including high yield debt, bank debt investments and small-cap company financing. Mr. Dekmejian co-founded Pacific Financial Advisors (PFA), a corporate, financial and operational advisory services firm. He has held numerous executive level positions, including positions with commercial finance and loan servicing companies.

Prior to PFA, Mr. Dekmejian was Senior Vice President at FamCo, an investment management company specializing in high yield and bank debt investments. Prior to that, Mr. Dekmejian was Vice President at Jefferies & Company, where he was involved in public/private high yield debt financings; and an Associate at Apollo Advisors, LLP, where he managed $1.2 billion of public/private high yield bonds and distressed debt investments.

Mr. Dekmejian holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University’s Harpur College.

Mr. Martino is a well-known industry leader who brings over 30 years’ experience in the mortgage banking and financial services industry. From his unique vantage point, Mr. Martino has witnessed the real estate finance market evolve and become more challenging for real estate investors following the 2008 market decline and credit crisis.

This experience inspired Mr. Martino to develop more flexible loan programs with smart underwriting that solves unmet investor needs. Mr. Martino is responsible for strategic planning, sales performance and analysis, portfolio performance management and market insight.

Prior to founding Livco Financial in 2010, Mr. Martino was involved in the startup of three very successful national mortgage origination firms. His hands-on management skills and dedication to customer service have been a major contributor to his success in the mortgage banking sector. Mr. Martino was born in Palermo, Sicily.

Mr. Tam has been actively involved in consumer finance, asset-backed securitizations, structured financings and real estate for over 25 years having worked and lived in the US and Asia. Most recently Mr. Tam has served as a Managing Director of Arque Advisors and as Chief Operating Officer and Research Director of Arque Certificate Management, LLC.

He was also Managing Member of Equicare Capital, LLC, a joint venture with Cargill Value Investments, which purchased and serviced distressed consumer receivables. Equicare acquired Lighthouse Credit Technologies Corp. of which Mr. Tam was Managing Director. Lighthouse was an independent outsource provider focused on the servicing of mortgage receivables.

Mr. Tam was previously President and Director of Ciputra Capital a subsidiary of the Ciputra Group of Indonesia and a Vice President at Financial Security Assurance in the Structured Finance Group. He began his financial career as a management consultant at Kenneth Leventhal & Co.

Mr. Tam holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from USCs Marshall School of Business and a BS from UC San Diego in Applied Mechanics and Engineering Sciences.

Ms. Greenfield has been practicing in the Mortgage Banking and Regulatory Compliance field for 38 years. Ms. Greenfield has been either General Counsel or Senior Regulatory Counsel for some of the nation’s largest subprime mortgage lenders headquartered in California, including New Century Mortgage, Option One Mortgage and Finance America.

She was previously in-house regulatory counsel for federal savings banks originating prime Mortgage Loans, including Beverly Hills Savings, California Federal Bank, FSB and Home Savings of America, FSB.

As a leading expert in the field, Ms. Greenfield frequently lectures to conferences of attorneys and judges on various subjects involving TILA, RESPA, mortgage lending and servicing.

Ms. Greenfield received a BA from Binghamton University and a JD from Villanova University School of Law. She is a member of the California and Pennsylvania Bars. She is an active member of the American Bar Association Business Law Section Committee on Consumer Financial Services and the Governing Committee of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law as well as the State Bar of California Consumer Financial Services Committee.

Ms. Martino has extensive experience managing dynamic marketing operations. Ms. Martino owned and operated TAMCO, Technology Associates Marketing Company, a leading nationwide marketing services organization. TAMCO’s clients were the who’s who in tech including Apple, Microsoft, AMD, Intel, Toshiba, among others.

Ms. Martino was managing partner for TEMCO, Technology Events Marketing Company, a producer of computer related trade shows, specifically System Builder Summit and Mid Size Enterprise Summit. The goals of these summits were to bring together regional market leaders in the system builder channels to meet with technology vendors, international distributors and service providers. Vision Events, a Gartner company, acquired both System Builder Summit and Mid Size Enterprise Summit.

Ms. Martino is actively involved with a number of charitable organizations managing event planning and strategic business development and fundraising in Orange County. These include Second Harvest Food Bank, the Orange County Museum of Art and CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates.

Ms. Martino holds an MBA from National University and a BA in Communications Studies from UC Santa Barbara.

During her career, Ms. Nunez has developed an insightful client perspective from working at the full spectrum of mortgage lenders ranging from small operations to some of the largest mortgage companies in the United States, including Countrywide Home Loans, New Century Mortgage and CashCall Mortgage. Her passionate focus on providing outstanding client service, insightful underwriting, accurate processing, and successful team building have served her clients well.
